Shopify product shows out of stock on Facebook when it is available

• Quantity tracking is disabled.
• The relevant location has zero available inventory.
• Only one variant is out of stock.
• Continue selling settings differ from transmitted availability.

1. Open the exact variant, not only the product.
2. Check Track quantity and available stock by location.
3. Compare the variant’s status in Commerce Manager.

How to resolve it

1. Enable inventory tracking when Meta needs an explicit quantity.
2. Enter appropriate available inventory.
3. Use a logged reversible repair when changing this setting at scale.
